Environ's advice is to start slowly and continue little by little. Once your skin has adapted to AVST 2 moisturiser, move on to AVST 3 cream, which contains an average concentration of vitamins A, C, and E, antioxidants, and botanical extracts, as well as scientifically studied peptides. Warning: Avoid use during pregnancy.
